ABOUT THE PANDORA PROJECT
The Pandora Project (TPP) is an organization focusing on empowering humanitarians and people on the
move by providing Capacity Building for organizations and humanitarian workers.
We facilitate training and access to services which are specifically designed to improve knowledge, well
being, resilience and provide lifelong learning opportunities.
We work closely with NGOs to support them in their capacity building, well being and team challenges. We
also provide consultancies to support them in the strengthening of their Safeguarding framework.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a motivated project manager to join the team! We are a small team, based in different
corners of Europe (or nearby), and very passionate about human rights, activism, how to make our
humanitarian work and activism healthy and sustainable. We care, about the world, about people and about
each other, we are driven by life long learning and motivated to constantly develop our skills and
knowledge.
Ideally based in Athens (but can be negotiated for the right person), you will be very independent in your
work, and you will need to be proactive and will manage our operations in Greece and internationally.
You will lead the internal management of the organization and the team, be in charge of finances, do
fundraising and foster our partnerships. You will lead the development of packages and offers for NGO
support. Depending on your background, you will also get involved in trainings or safeguarding consultancy
work or provide mental health support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program management
Administrative tasks and internal management (organisation of internal meetings, ensuring all project
files, drive, records are up to date)
Planning of capacity building support and training
Support of the facilitator(s) for their training
Project evaluation, development and strengthening of M&E tools
Fundraising
Identify, prepare and submit grant applications to support the projects
Reporting for founders and the trustees
Partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with our partners in Greece and internationally
Organizational representation, focal point for local, regional and international partners
Administrative tasks related to partnerships
Finances
Manage TPP’s finances
Prepare and update budgets
Depending on your profile
Facilitate trainings
Mental health support
Safeguarding
External communication
PROFILE
Essential Criteria
Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Very organized
Previous experience working with populations in vulnerable situations
Experience in project management and fundraising
Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
Experience in: Safeguarding and/or training facilitation and/or psychologist
Knowledge and experience of small grassroot NGOs
Fluent in English

Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of Greek
Previous experience in leading and managing teams
Understanding of the implementation of psycho-social support (PSS) programs and a
community-led approach
Yoga or embodied practices
CONDITIONS
Able to commit for at least 4 months
Between 900 and 1400 euros per month full or part time
Remote / on the ground work
Travel
Start in June (can be negotiated)
