Sistech is a non religious and non-political European non-profit empowering refugee women, through digital & tech employment career pathways.
Created back in 2017 by Joséphine Goube and previously known as #TF4Women by Techfugees, Sistech operates in Greece, Italy and France, thanks to a team of 10 as well as 100+ volunteers standing with us for diversity and inclusion by offering their time and skills. Sistech aims to serve & empower 500 refugee women in order to land a job in tech by 2024and become the leading professional inclusion in tech provider for refugee women in Europe.
Sistech is working with a growing number of tech & educational partners providing upskilling, reskilling and apprenticeship services for our fellows to get access to the best training and grow future proofed skills in high-demand on the market such as Coursera, Open Classrooms, Netacad among others.
SISTECH is present in Greece, since July 2021, having completed the Fellowship Programme. Now, it’s our time to onboard our new Project Manager for Greece, whose role is to consolidate and grow our presence and impact in Greece, in the next years!
As a Project Manager:
– You will execute Sistech’s programmes to contribute to achieve Sistech’ overall objective to be serving & empowering 500 women by 2024 across Europe. – – You will run the day to day of the Greek programs, specifically executing on a new programme, the pathway that has been tested in other countries successfully.
– Additionally, you will contribute to grow our impact and gather evidence that they can be working across borders as we know a lot of women served in Greece will end up living and working elsewhere in Europe.
– You will be reporting to the COO, and be the face, eyes and right hand of Sistech in Greece so we can grow our programmes as quickly, safely and sustainably as possible in order to prepare for the global challenge of an ever increasing number of forcibly displaced persons worldwide looking for safety in Europe.
– You will be responsible for co-designing, perfecting and delivering Sistech programmes (Selection, enrollment, fellow support, Curriculum design, training logistics etc.), operational aspects of partnerships and coms, and contributing to the reputation of Sistech locally.In doing so, you will collaborate cross-country with project managers in Italy and France teams in order to deliver strong fellow job placement outcomes and ROI for tech employers & partners.
Your KPIs will fall into 4 categories: Programme execution, Operations & logistics management, job placement of fellows, partners’ engagement.
