As our junior program manager, your job will be to cooperate closely with people and implement processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
You will manage and market school, business and community relationships and serve as a program leader, in cooperation with all stakeholders to ensure collaboration of internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop, expand, and maintain JA partnerships with schools by working with school administration and educators to create impactful sustainable relationships.
Develop, expand, and maintain business and community partnerships to support educational and business objectives.
Work closely with your Program Manager to achieve overall strategic plan goals, implementing and executing program growth/expansion in accordance with said plan.
Support the recruitment and renew program process for volunteers.
Participate in training new volunteers and teachers providing full scope of customer service.
Support several projects and special events, working closely with your Program Manager.
Ensures programs are implemented to meet funding requirements.
Manage records and information relating to school and volunteer activity.
Bachelor’s/ΜΑ degree in business administration, education management, education on STEM, e-learning or related field
Business, sales, education, or non-profit related experience & program management at least for 1-2 years
Proficient computer skills:Microsoft environment, knowledge with mail merge
Tracking and analysis of programs in a spreadsheet and data base systems
Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Good command in English language (verbal and written)
Creative and Self-motivated
