Job title: Finance & Accounting Intern
Job description & responsibilities:
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Preparing financial reports, like budget reports, invoices, and other documents.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learning how to work as part of the team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the organization and its partners.
• Supporting the preparation of documents for participation in international funding competitions.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about the organization’s operations.
Must have :
• Student or recent graduate of studies relevant to any of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Management Science or relevant discipline
• Self-motivation & Self-discipline
• Motivation to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
• Ability to work remotely
• Teamwork player
• Energetic self-starter with multi-tasking abilities and discipline with deadlines
• Analytical thinking
• Strong IT literacy (excel, word, powerpoint)
• Good knowledge of English
Extras/Nice to have:
• Willingness to take responsibilities and commitment
• Former experience in similar internships
• Volunteering experience
• Public Speaking/Presentation skills
