For the period of 2020-2021 (November-April) AEGEE-Athina opens up 5 new intern (volunteer) positions in the roles of: Human Resources Assistant, Assistant Web Developer, Social Media Specialist & Photographer/Videomaker, Fundraiser Assistant & Legal Assistant.

Below are described more in depth.

1) Offered Position: Human Resources Assistant (internship)

Position Tasks:

• Collection and Analysis of Members’ Data (Surveys)
• Assisting in the creation of HR strategy for current and future members
• Design future trainings for members
• Co-edit a monthly Newsletter
• Participate in the events of the organization

Requirements:

• English Proficiency (C2)
• Extensive knowledge of essay writing
• Extensive knowledge of Word & Excel
• Experience with up-to-date project management & communication digital tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Slack, Telegram)
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience as a volunteer
• Team-oriented individual

2) Offered Position: Assistant Web Developer (internship)

Position Tasks: 

• Support in updating the existing website
• Support in developing the organization’s app
• Creation of new concept designs (e.g. logo updates, new products)
• General Techinal Support of existing online tools

Requirements:

• English Proficiency (C2)
• Extensive knowledge of web design
• Extensive knowledge of android mobile app design
• Experience with up-to-date project management & communication digital tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Slack, Telegram)
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience as a volunteer (preferable)
• Team-oriented individual

3) Offered Position: Social Media Specialist & Photographer/VideoMaker (internship)

Position Tasks: 

• Regularly updating social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Website)
• Collection of social media data
• Design and implement an online social media strategy
• Photographing responsibilities in local events

Requirements:

• English Proficiency (C2)
• Experience with up-to-date project management & communication digital tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Slack, Telegram)
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience with photography, videography and editing
• Experience as a volunteer (preferable)
• Team-oriented individual

4) Offered Position: Fundraiser Assistant (internship)

Position Tasks:

• Assisting in the procedure of existing or new fundraising projects
• Assisting in the proposal application process
• Participating in the organization’s events

Requirements:

• English Proficiency (C2)
• Extensive knowledge of essay writing
• Extensive knowledge of Word & Excel
• Experience with up-to-date project management & communication digital tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Slack, Telegram)
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience as a volunteer (preferable)
• Team-oriented individual

5) Offered Position: Legal Assistant (internship)

Position Tasks: 

• General legal advice assistance
• Collection and analysis of all revelant legal changes and frameworks (Greece)
• Collection and anaysis of all revelant legal changes and frameworks (EU)
• Legal advice in an statute revision

Requirements

• English Proficiency (C2)
• Sufficient knowledge of European and Greek law
• Experience with up-to-date project management & communication digital tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Slack, Telegram)
• Experience as a volunteer (preferable)
• Team-oriented individual
