Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement and optimize our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Ultimately, you will act as our organisation’s voice to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. 

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through digital marketing campaigns and appropriate channels, ensuring brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence, providing engaging content for social media accounts, our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Research market to identify new opportunities, digital technology trends and insights, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Participate in events, social media groups and professional platforms to build community and boost brand awareness

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Proven working experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Demonstrable experience in social media marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAttention to detail and ability to multitask
