CONTEXT
MSF Greece was founded in 1990 and is a partner of MSF Spain within the OCBA (Operational Centre Barcelona – Athens) network. MSF Greece supports MSF’s global field operations as well as activities in Greece and Balkans region. The office consists of four big departments 1. Fundraising and Communications, 2. Human Resources, 3. Finances and Resources and 4. Support to the Medical Operations Department, the MSF GR association and a number of independent projects supporting the organization’s social mission.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
To increase the donors’ loyalty, via Targeted Communication, Telemarketing and CRM.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
1. CRM: Linked to the smooth operation of CRM system, the Loyalty Officer will be in charge of the following tasks:
· Facilitates the implementation of the new CRM system and the testing process
· In accordance with the recommendations from the line manager, coordinate and contribute in all preparatory activities to support the launch of the new system
· Analyses the CRM system for dysfunctions and suggest functional enhancements
2. Loyalty cycle: Linked to the enhancement of donor’s engagement and the related activities, the Loyalty Officer will be in charge of the following tasks:
· Provides analysis of database in order to define segmentation criteria and detecting changes in donors’ trends
· Delivers all Fundraising Reporting and updates KPI’s report
· Facilitates donors mailing in production, logistics and dispatch
· Organizes loyalty campaigns (etc. outsource telemarketing) and supports the whole procedure
3. Other: Supports the line manager in the following tasks:
· Ensures the various tasks are implemented according to the indicated targets, processes and time plan in Donors Care Team
· Identifies opportunities for improvement and streamlines the team’s processes and tasks to enhance efficiency
SELECTION CRITERIA
· Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related studies
· Minimum professional experience of 4 years in marketing/fundraising projects
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office programs (excellent knowledge of Excel, Access)
· Advanced expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, testing and segmentation
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings
· Capacity for synthesis of information and producing concise reports
· Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
· Strong systems analysis capability
· Collaborative, constructive team player
· Fluency in Greek and English both oral and written
