Job Description
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Design effective well balanced training sessions in collaboration with Head of Learning and Development
Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
Prepare educational material such as module summaries and videos to support TPP curriculum development
Collaborate with local NGOs to support timetabling and assess training needs
Conduct reflective self and peer evaluation in collaboration with Head of Learning and Development
Other duties as assigned
Role Requirements
Post graduate certificate in education, CELTA or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in different settings
Experience working with migrants, refugees and asylum seekers is an asset
Experience working in volunteer coordination/mentoring
Experience and knowledge of creating trauma informed spaces for learning
Fluency in English (excellent written and spoken English)
Ability to speaking in other languages is an asset
Work Environment
Part time 20 hours per week with 450 euro monthly stipend
Hybrid environment
Flexible schedule
Occasional work outside office hours to facilitate trainings
Occasional travel within Greece to facilitate trainings
Professional supervision sessions
Working with a diverse international team of humanitarians
