Role Overview:

Join KMOP as a Copywriter (in-house) and become a key player in developing content for our internal and external audiences. You’ll be instrumental in telling our story, promoting our mission, and showcasing our vision through powerful and engaging writing in English and Greek.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy in English and Greek for websites, press releases, newsletters, social media, dissemination reports, presentations, and more.
• Content Strategy: Suggest innovative content ideas to drive targeted traffic to our website and increase the organization’s awareness.
• Distinctive Copy: Craft clear and persuasive copy with a unique voice, ensuring our messages are conveyed effectively
• Communication Plans: Collaborate with project teams to draft communication plans that promote the objectives, achievements, and impact of KMOP’s projects.
• Policy Briefs: Collaborate with our researchers to produce informative and impactful policy briefs.
• Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and relevant topics to enhance the quality and relevance of written content.
• Website Management: Managing our websites, and collaborating with web developers to ensure a seamless online presence.

🎓 Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  Experience: Over 3 years of proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Editor, Communication Specialist, Journalist, or similar role.
  Content Creation: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Englisn and Greek.
  Writing Prowess: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a dedication to mission-driven storytelling.
  Soft skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills and teamwork spirit
  Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with analytics tools, in Content Management Systems (CMS) and in Mailchimp
  Portfolio: A portfolio of published work will be a valuable asset.
