Better Days is looking for an energetic and experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Officer ready to join our Lesvos HQ Department as a front officer.
This is a dual-role position that requires versatility and excellent organizational and time-management skills. The position aims to strengthence Better Days’ back-office team, based on Lesvos, the backbone of the organization. Specifically, the role will be contributing in the areas of monitoring and evaluation and front office management at Gekko Kids. This is a field-based position and the right candidate must be experienced and confident to lead in office management and have technical expertise in M&E. As an office manager they will be responsible to carry out the various administrative tasks that keep a program running smoothly. At Gekko Kids, the front office manager is requested to track data and report monthly numbers, while noting areas of risk and need of improvement.
