Responsibilities:

●       Lead the recruitment process, including internships and volunteer work. Ensure the right talent joins our team in an efficient way as well as a positive candidate experience.

●       Design and enhance the employee journey encompassing onboarding, development, evaluation, and transitional phases.

●       Develop and update job descriptions and organisational structures to meet evolving needs.

●       Monitor performance indicators, co-design performance evaluation programs, and oversee execution.

●       Collaborate with the senior leadership team to design and evaluate compensation and benefits plans.

●       Identify and address training needs, organising customised training programs.

●       Ensure efficient and effective HR operations (e.g. employee database, policies & processes, terms of employment, internal communication/ collaboration procedures, reporting).

●       Foster a positive organisational culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.

●       Align HR strategies with organisational goals through close collaboration with leadership.

Requirements:   

●       At least 2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role.

●       An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

●       Excellent organisational skills.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Very strong digital skills and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms to help streamline HR processes and enhance organisational efficiency.

●       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results.

●       Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

●       Fluent in English and Greek; proficiency in French is considered an additional asset.
