Social Mind is a Civil Society organization based in Athens- Greece, committed to empower individuals live healthy lives and improve their wellbeing. Main focus areas include Good Health and Well-being: Emphasis is given to promote policies, conduct research and provide, training aimed at understanding and alleviating the suffering caused by mental illness and combating stigma as the cornerstone in trying to prevent, diagnose and treat mental disorders. Just and Inclusive societies Social Mind’s main objective in the field of Social Affairs is to improve progress towards a more social Europe. Against the background of our European social fabric which has been seriously damaged by the economic crisis and by the effects of one-sided austerity policies, Social Mind advocates for a policy change that puts social consolidation back at the heart of EU policies
